Visited by Dorper Breeders from all over the world to look at Amarula genetics, including Namibian, American and South American Breeders over the last few years.

We have been a member of the South African Dorper Breeders Society, since 2001 as well as the Australian Society. Justin is a past President of the Eastern Branch of the Australian Dorper Society (05, 06).

Being a member of the South African Society means we can have our sheep inspected, classed and Stud tagged. This tag means they are genuinely stud sheep. It increases our credibility as producers of stud sheep and people can be confident they are buying quality sheep. This year 90% of our ewes that were old enough to class were studded Type 4 or Type 5.

The South African and Namibian Breeders that have inspected our sheep and have become close friends include:-

  • Phillip Strauss
  • Tien and Margaret Jordaan
  • John Dell
  • Dolf Lategan
  • Rodney Rayner
  • Ron Van de Merwe
  • Koenie Kotze
  • Pieter van Schalkwyk (Namibian Dorper Society President)

We are able to supply embryos and live sheep to most countries. We have already exported embryos and Semen to NZ and Mexico and live sheep to Brazil and Mexico. And enquiries from Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, india, several Asian countries and Pakistan.

We also offer our knowledge in:

  • setting up a Commercial and Stud Dorper farm operation
  • all aspects of management and nutrition
  • Stud Breeding
  • classing and selection
  • all facets of artificial breeding.
